DLFaculty.com Online Giveaway Rules
- Provide your legal name during registration. Participants must be able to provide evidence that they are legal residents of a country.
- Monthly prize entries close on the last Sunday of April, 2012 and June, 2012 at 5pm EST. Winners will be chosen at random from all registrations with a valid email address received by the web site on the first Monday of May and July, 2012. Through the drawing, one winner will be identified for an IPAD in May (valued at $500) and a cash prize of $500 (July, 2012).
- Giveaway drawings are administered by DLfaculty.com representatives, whose decisions are final.
- The giveaway winner will be notified by email, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release within 15 days of notification. Any winner who fails to comply within the 15 day period or who cannot be contacted by email will forfeit the prize. DLfaculty.com will then draw alternate, eligible giveaway winners, who will be awarded the giveaway in the event that the initial winner does not claim or forfeits the prize. The cash prize will be awarded through PayPal which may subject the winner to registration on PayPal to accept the prize.
- Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.
- DLfaculty.com reserves the right, in the event of the unavailability or an online giveaway prize, to substitute giveaway prizes of equal or greater value.
- Winners will not be permitted to either redeem in cash or substitute giveaway prizes.
- Giveaway prizes are subject to any and all policies and restrictions of the giveaway provider.
- Any and all applicable taxes on giveaway prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
- All federal, state, and local laws apply.
- Must be eligible to participate, including education and credential requirements.
- The DLfaculty.com giveaway drawing is void where prohibited by law.
- When necessary, DLfaculty.com reserves the right to amend the online giveaway rules at any time.
- By participation, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries not in compliance with these Official Rules shall be null and void.
