All Dlfaulty content is the property of DLfaculty.com (known as “the Company) or its content suppliers. This property, as protected by under the laws of U.S. trademark and copyright as well as international law includes but is not limited to text, images, designs, audio, graphics, logos, and software (collectively called the "Content").

Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or republish any of the Content on the website without the written permission of the Company. The company authorizes you, however, to make one copy of the Content for your personal use provided that you leave all notices of ownership intact. DLfaculty’s maximum liability for any reason (whether contract, tort, breach of warranty, negligence, or otherwise) in connection with the site operated by DLfaculty.com or any related site will not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, or $50 whichever is lower.

Users of DLfaculty.com recognize that their personal content uploaded in appropriate ways to the site are bound by intellectual property laws. As well, problems with other websites that are linked to DLfaculty.com are not the responsibility of the Company and these concerns should be directed to the respective website.

TERM and TERMINATION

The terms of this agreement are in force throughout the time that users are making use of the site. DLfaculty.com will exercise sole discretion in determining appropriate use of the site. Users may be refused service, have their accounts terminated or suspended.

INDEMNITY

Users of this site agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend DLfaculty.com, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents, from and against all claims, actions, or demands, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from User Content, use of the site, or breach of these Terms.

GENERAL

Any legal dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Use shall be first attempted to be settled by mediation between the Company and the disputee. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without respect to any conflict of laws in the State. Jurisdiction resides within the courts of the State of Michigan exclusively for any litigation arising out of use of this website. In addition, DLfaculty’s failure to enforce these terms should not be deemed as a waiver of the terms, and enforcement may occur at any time.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions without affecting their validity or enforceability. Changes to these Terms are deemed valid only when posted to this site.

These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement and are in force when users access, view, and/or use DLfaculty.com for any reason.
